Last Chance to Immerse Yourself in Color

at the Dougherty Arts Center

“Connecting Everything Through Color, a Mid-Career Survey” includes 131 artworks spanning 25 years. Last viewing day is Saturday, July 22.

This has been a whirlwind exhibit! So much is bubbling up from the experience and I will be announcing some exciting community-building initiatives and a new exhibition very soon.

In the meantime, stop by for one last (or first) look, before everything goes off to new homes or back to my painting and storage racks. I’m hanging out on Saturday from 10:30 to 12:30: A closing of sorts, without the official event extras. Please stop by for a tour, to ask questions or just enjoy the vibe.

If you would like to meet up Friday or later on Saturday, reach out by text or email!

Final exhibit date this Saturday!

Gallery hours:

Thur 10am-10pm

Fri 10am-6pm

Sat 10 am-4 pm

Limited edition 32-page catalog documenting the exhibit

There are a few catalogs remaining and you can pick one up at the gallery or order one online. Because I’m so proud of how this book looks, I’ve added the complete PDF to my website store. The design includes thirty-five images of artwork from the exhibition, several essays and a beautiful cover. Get a preview and get your copy!

I had planned to share the video of my artist talk. And sometimes you just have to get to sleep instead of editing. I’ll make sure you know when it’s posted!

In the meantime, enjoy these photos from the opening, artist talk and during visits with friends. A big shout out to my photographer friend David Balie for chronicling the entire exhibit.

If you are interested in purchasing any of the art, I would love to talk through what colors/styles/mediums could best fit your home or office. We all need more color in our lives!
